1. Return Eligibility

To request a return, you must:

Share clear images of the product and packaging
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Change of mind

Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen differences

Products purchased during the sale or promotional offers

Customised products
3. Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange for eligible cases only.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error is from our side.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
